• 25 October 2025 - EOI open for 2026 season U7 to Seniors
• November 2025 - Trials for U12 to U18 players
• December 2025 - Player offers sent out
• December 2025 - Player club fees due paid to club by bank eft
• January 2026 - Player regulation fees due on PlayFootball
• March 2025 - Preseason training commences
• 26 April 2026 - Start of the Community Competitions
• 6 and 7 June 2026 - Catch Up Round 1
• 4 and 5 July 2026 - Catch Up Round 2
• 6 September 2026 - End of the Community Competitions
• 13 September 2026 - GWSC Gala and End of Season Medal Ceremony
