The Stallions played away against Boronia at their home ground. After a slow start, the Stallions settled into their game. Boronia kept up good pressure on our team, many goals were attempted by our team in the first half but, only 2 were successful. Our first goal took 15 mins to succeed and was scored by Gab which was closely followed by one scored by Josh D, one of our youngest players. He was helped with the set up by Jared and Ben.
The second half was fairly quiet for goals. Filip set up for Jared to score half way through the second half. Boronia's goal keeper stopped quite a few of our attempts. For our goal keepers it was a fairly quiet game with possession of the ball mostly to our team. Passing between players was great to see. The kids were playing as a team. Ben stopped a goal from being scored in the final moments.
The final score was Stallions 3 Boronia 0
