Fees
$90.00 per participant (includes insurance and VSF registration).

Duration
Runs for 16 weeks commencing early May 2005

When
The program is run each Saturday morning starting at 9:30 am and lasts approximately 1½ hours, whatever the weather.

Where
Larpent Reserve, Hammence Street, Glen Waverley. Full canteen will be available, selling hot and cold drinks, food and confectionery.

Who
The programme is intended for those boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 10, who have not played soccer before or are below the age of 7 on 1st January 2005 and are not permitted to play in the sub-junior league.

What's involved

Purpose of the program is to develop basic soccer skills and includes:

 Running games and relays.
 Individual exercises with the ball
 Dribbling and ball control
 Passing and shooting
 Crossing the ball
 Interrelationships (behaviour) between players
 Promote fun and enjoyment of playing soccer.

What do I need to bring
Players should wear shirt, socks, shorts, shin pads and boots.

Anything else
No. The Club provides a ball, drink bottle and cap for each participant, along with all the training equipment. A fully equipped first aid kit is also available.

Who runs the program
Programme supervised by accredited Coach / Coaches with assistance from volunteers. Parents are asked to encourage and support all the children and are invited to volunteer their assistance / involvement with various drills and skills.

At the end of the year
Participants will be invited to the club end of season presentation day, where they will receive a certificate of attendance and award.
